Dynojet, in collaboration with VMP Tuning, raised a few eyebrows at the 2006 Performance Racing Industry Show. "We hear a lot of questions about repeatability, consistency, and our ability to test high powered vehicles", said Dan Hourigan, VP of Sales, "and since we do this so well, our dynos are the benchmark for our competitors." The test vehicle was a 2006 Ford GT owned by Torrie McPhail of Fast Parts Network. This is no ordinary GT, it has been converted from it's stock supercharged trim at 540 rwhp to well over 1000 rwhp thanks to a pair of turbos. Many were witness to multiple 800 rwhp runs, and even a fair amount of 1000+ rwhp runs. "The fact that the dyno runs were laying over one another is testament to our consistency and repeatability, even at 1100 rwhp on a modern EFI vehicle, we never had an issue." said Hourigan.
