Once the update is complete you’ll be able to use all the Power Vision features you’ve come to know on the latest H-D models!
2019 models with the Milwaukee 8 engines displacing 114ci, both air / oil cooled and water cooled, utilize a new software level in the ECM. We quickly added support for this new software level (921) and have full tuning and data logging capabilities. The embedded Autotune features (Basic, Pro, and Target Tune Modes) work flawlessly to help you refine your VE tables when you add aftermarket parts. Lastly, if you’re looking for full time closed loop fuel control utilizing wideband o2 sensors then Target Tune is your answer. We’re proud to say all of this is available now.
An issue was discovered in the 2.0.44-1593 Firmware. This has been corrected in the 2.0.44-1596 released today. If you updated to the 2.0.44-1593 firmware it is advised to update to the latest firmware to avoid any potential issues.

We expect to have another Tune Database update that will include 921 based calibrations available next week.  At this time you can:

  • Use the original 921 read as a base file and edit to your liking in WinPV.
  • Use calibrations you may already have that are based on 723, 822, 823, or 824 Twin Cooled or Air /Oil Cooled Milwaukee 8 bikes.
  • Use the WinPV Value File System to extract values from our library of 2017-2018 M8 calibrations, and then apply them to your 921 based file.
